Particulars
Planning services included in this scope include buildings within the Bradfield City centre and include accurate, high quality and timely delivery of statutory planning services. This document invites suppliers to provide a response to WPCA to provide planning expertise as follows: PART A: - SEAR’s request and a State Significant Development Application for the Infratech Building. - State Significant Development Application for the CSIRO Building. - State Significant Development Application for the AMRF Building. PART B: ‘On-call’ planning service to assist the Aerotropolis Development team.
