Description
The project aims to develop a comprehensive Infrastructure Funding Plan for the Concordia and Sellicks Beach Growth Areas, guided by ongoing detailed investigations and an Integrated Structure Plan.
These plans will identify essential infrastructure projects, provide budget estimates, and include a detailed schedule of infrastructure interventions, including staging and costings. In compliance with the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (PDI) Act 2016, the plans will recommend indexation rates and allocate infrastructure costs between developers and government based on delivery responsibilities and land budgets.
This structured approach will form the foundation of a future Infrastructure Scheme, ensuring equitable and efficient infrastructure investment for sustainable growth.
