The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with one (1) or more Contractors to supplement the capacity of the existing Corporate Applications Unit through the provision of a .NET applications maintenance and development service, which includes the provision of suitably qualified .NET specialists.
