Description
The Department of Communities (Communities) has a requirement for the provision of a Security Operation Centre (SOC) Service providing advanced cyber threat monitoring 24 hours x 7 days per week.
The proposed Service is required to monitor Communities’ diverse and complex ICT landscape that comprises applications and databases that exist within and are provided by three separate infrastructure platforms (former Department of Child Protection and Family Support, Department of Housing (including Housing Authority) and Disability Services Commission), currently located within three data centres for “on-premise” ICT, supplemented by the use of the Microsoft (MS) Azure environment.
