Thornie-Cockburn Link and Yanchep Rail Extension - Commercial Project Manager and Specialist Services

Background

The services of a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for the Thornlie-Cockburn Link and Yanchep Rail Extension Projects are required. These services are required for the day-to-day management of the Project Alliance Agreement (PAA) on behalf of the Delivery Manager. These services are required through the current design phase, through to construction and Practical Completion.
1.2 Scope of Services
The nominated personnel will provide the services of a CPM for the Thornlie-Cockburn Link and Yanchep Rail Extension project who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the head project contract - the PAA – on behalf of the Project Delivery Manager. Due to the complexity of the Projects, the nominated personnel may be required to investigate commercially complex situations. In the event that the nominated personnel does not have the experience or expertise to navigate and resolve these issued, the services of specialist advisors to assist in these situations will be required. These specialist services would be required on an ad-hoc basis at the discretion of the PTA.
