The services required are:
(a)The conduct of a national telephone survey on the prevalence of sexual harassment in Australian workplaces and the ADF.
(b)The development of two survey questionnaires in accordance with the requirements of this contract.
(c)Utilising the results of the survey, investigation and analysisof the prevalence, nature and reporting of sexual harassment in Australian workplaces and the ADF;
(d)Analysis of trends in sexual harassment between 2003 and 2012, based on the findings of the 2012 survey and surveys undertaken by the Commission in 2003 and 2008; and
(e)Presentation of collated data and the findings of the survey in 2 written reports.
