NHMRC will occupy five levels of its new tenancy which will consist of a reception area, meeting rooms, office space (222 workstations and 35 offices) and break-out areas which include kitchens, utilities areas and amenities.
The Preferred Tenderer must be suitably resourced and have the ability to commence the Services on Friday 27 March 2009. The Contract will be for an initial three (3) year term and based on satisfactory performance may be extended for a further two (2) one (1) year periods.
