Services Engineering Consultant

This RFT is for the appointment of the Services (Mechanical, Electrical and Lighting, Hydraulic, Fire, Security, Acoustics and Communications) Engineering Consultant to provide services for the Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery (TMAG) redevelopment project. The Services Engineer will be required to design and document the services engineering components of the TMAG redevelopment as well as provide services during the construction of the project's first stage. The Services Engineer will be part of a large project consultant team headed by the architect who will have responsibility for coordination of all inputs to the design and documentation process by the various sub-consultants, including the Services Engineer. Tenderers are advised that the project scope may change to include a further stage, or stages, pending allocation of additional funding for the redevelopment. The scope may increase to cover the design, development, documentation and construction of the full masterplanned redevelopment.
