Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

Consistent with its internal Workplace Heath and Safety Policy the Department of Economic Development and Tourism is committed to providing not only a safe working environment for its employees but also providing additional support to employees through solutions-focussed counselling aimed at individual needs. The program also: contributes to the Department's commitment to promote and maintain a high standard of health, safety and wellbeing for all employees in the workplace; and recognises unresolved problems may not only be detrimental to an individual’s health, wellbeing and work performance but also have the potential to jeopardise the safety of staff members and clients.
