Ballarat Health Services is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider/s to supply Continence Aids clients of the Statewide Equipment Program (SWEP) with the appropriate goods and services to meet each client’s continence aids needs according to a clearly defined specialist’s prescription. Interested parties can obtain the RFT document by downloading from the website https://www.tenders.vic.gov.au and quoting reference RFTSWEP2011-002.
Ballarat Health Services will close the RFT on the 31st of March 2011 at 2:00pm AEDT with an expected decision reached by the 13th of June 2011. The service contract is expected to commence July 2011
