Panel for the Provision of Specialist Commercial and Economical Advice (Utilities) for the Public Utilities Office
On 24 September 2012 the Department of Finance (Finance) commenced a one year Panel contract for the provision of Specialist Commercial and Economic Advice (Utilities) to the Public Utilities Office (PUO). This contract was recently extended for a further one year to 23 September 2014. Two one-year extension options remain. To coincide with the extension, Finance seeks to refresh the exisiting Panel and select suitably skilled and qualified organisations to provide specialised commercial and economic advice to the PUO on an as required basis.
