Repairs and Maintenance to Fencing in Whiteman Park

*PLEASE NOTE CLOSING DATE IS 11 SEPTEMBER 2013 NOT 3RD OCTOBER 2013. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE*

Whiteman Park requires fencing repairs, service and maintenance on an ‘as and when required basis’. Services required do not include new fencing or construction services.

Services should be undertaken during the hours of Monday to Friday between
7am and 5pm excluding public holidays unless otherwise agreed with the Customer’s Representative.

All materials and workmanship must comply with all applicable industry standards and guidelines, including:

• AS2423-2002 Coated steel wire fencing products for terrestrial, aquatic and general use;
• AS/NZS 3014:2003 Electric fences;
• AS/NZS 3016:2002 Electric security fences; and
• AS/NZS 60335.2.76:2003 Electric fence energisers.
• AS/NZS 2312:2002 Guide to the Protection of Structural Steel against Atmospheric Corrosion by the use of Protective Coatings.

The Contractor will be required to provide repairs and maintenance as per this Schedule 2, to all fencing at Whiteman Park, including:

• Feral Animal Proof Fencing - may include electric fencing & associated power supplies;
• Stock (Cattle) Fencing – may include electric fencing & associated power supplies, installation and tensioning of barb wire;
• Horse (Public Riding Area) Fencing;
• Boundary Security Fencing; and
• Facility/Infrastructure Security Fencing.
