Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Central Institute of Technology are seeking tenders from suitably qualified Building Contractors with relevant experience in Internal Refurbishment to major buildings within the CBD to undertake the Lecture theatre upgrade at the Central Institute of Technology, 25 Aberdeen Street Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 8.30am on Wednesday 26th February 2014 at the Main Foyer of the Central Institute of Technology, 25 Aberdeen Street Northbridge.

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.

Tenderers shall submit in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope to the below address.
