Refurbishment of Tsunami Buoy Hulls

Tsunami Buoys are part of the Australian Tsunami Detection Network (Early Warning) and are refurbished each time they are recovered from a two year deployment to prepare them for re deployment.

This procurement is to maintain the network equipment (buoys) for longevity and electronic equipment security from water ingress and damage whilst deployed. The outcome of this procurement is to ensure that the equipment failure risk is reduced during the deployment period.
