Supply, Delivery and Installation of Cardiovascular Equipment to Defence Sites in Darwin NT, Adelaide and Woomera SA and Perth and Karratha WA.
All quotations must include a delivery date and lead time for each piece of equipment.
All equipment must have a minimum 4 year warranty, on all parts and labour.
A detailed 4 year maintenance schedule must be included for all equipment.
All quotations must include delivery and installation to each site listed separately.
Each piece of equipment is to include place of manufacture.
