This project involves works to the living in accommodation blocks 0874/300-327 at RAAF Townsville, QLD. This consists of replacement of existing common walkway areas throughout the 300 Living In Accommodation complex and its approaches, some civil stormwater works and reshaping of landforms to mitigate issues with stormwater overland flow related to the uplift of pathways, minor Natonal Construction Code compliance works to external exit stairs and stair landings, washing of external fascias eaves to blocks 0874/300-327, replacement of gas hot water units to blocks 0874/300-327, and arborist works related to the protection of new concrete pathways.
