Description
The National Archives of Australia (NAA) is developing a major touring exhibition, SPY – Espionage in Australia, which is scheduled to launch at the Museum of the Riverina, Wagga Wagga, on 31 May 2018. The exhibition will explore the history of Australian espionage since Federation through traditional document and object displays, graphic panels, an interactive digital timeline, AV content and an educational trail with mechanical interactives.
The successful Tenderer will be required to undertake the following:
Fabrication Stage Expectations
Fabrication of exhibition furniture as documented in the approved construction drawings
Fabrication of crates for all 3D components
Identification of issues and costs that may arise as part of fabrication
Liaison with NAA staff and facilitate NAA staff visits if required
Delivery and Install Stage Expectations
Delivery of exhibition furniture to Museum of the Riverina, Wagga Wagga, NSW.
On-site assistance at the time of installation of the exhibition display furniture to assist with resolution of layout and any issues
De/Installation manual for exhibition furniture in hard copy and electronic format
