Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully has a well-established annual playground replacement and upgrade program. This City wide program aim is to renew or upgrade a number of our City’s playgrounds each year based on condition, local levels of service, use and community needs and in line with Councils Open Space Policy and Playspace Guide.
Sites included in this year’s program are:
Sutherland Reserve - Golden Grove
Billabong Reserve - Modbury Heights
Malcolm Reserve - Holden Hill
Dalaston Reserve - Modbury
Golden Fields Reserve - Golden Grove
These Tender documents should be read in conjunction with Contract No. C7181908 Playground / Landscaping Works Program. Both the Playground and Landscape Contractors will be required to work collaboratively on site to ensure both scopes of works can progress on site with minimal delay and work conflict.
