Description
The City of Holdfast Bay is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a detailed design and cost package for the upgrade of the Seacliff Hockey Pitch at John Mathwin Reserve. The design will be need to deliver a cost effective, modern and flexible outcome to ensure that the City of Holdfast Bay has a professional hockey facility at this multi-use site.
The successful tenderer will be required to provide all construction documentation including designs and specifications, to allow the City of Holdfast Bay to tender for the construction of the upgraded facility. Documentation should be of a high standard and quality to enable the construction industry to deliver the outcomes with minimal cost variation.
