Description

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following.

  • The delivery to site, erection, maintenance, dismantle and removal of the Pit Building. The Pit Building is a steel and aluminium framed three-storey building with deck areas to all levels. The main building is 200m long x 15m wide which is supplemented with sections of rear structure for facilitating location of ancillary services to the building.
  • Installation and removal of the roof vinyl, flooring, glassed walling, external walling, internal walling (allowing for penetrations of services), acoustic insulation, balustrades and handrails, internal stairs, access stairs, doors, hardware and ceilings, bracing, flashings, gutters and downpipes.
  • Coordination, scheduling, and site management of all pit building works including interfacing with all electrical, carpet, plumbing, air-conditioning, fire systems, visual and audio reticulation installation.
  • The quality and detailed finish of the installation is expected to be of an extremely high standard.
  • Undertake initial clean of all infrastructure delivered from the storage yard and interfacing with site cleaners for final structure clean prior to handover.
  • Attendance, surveillance and maintenance of the Pit Building pre, post and during the Event.

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
