Cavendish Road SHS - Block C Elevator (With Design Responsibility) 34-165379

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new elevator to the Block C building at Cavendish Road SHS, located at Cavendish Rd & Holland Road, Holland Park QLD 4121, as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) program.

The scope of works includes but is not limited to the design and construction of a new elevator, elevator shaft and elevated pathways externally to the existing Block C building, in addition to minor internal modifications including new joinery, hydraulics and electrical. All works are to be completed by March 2025.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
