Description

The purpose of the Review is to examine the current Parliamentary Web presence to ensure that it accords with current Parliamentary Service objectives and client needs.

Specifically, the review will-

a) advise as to whether the Parliamentary Service should employ a Web Content Management System (CMS) to facilitate content creation, content control, editing and Web maintenance.
b) consider the current content on the website and likely future content requirements and advise how to design a new site to best present the content which takes into account usability and accessibility to develop an engaging online experience.
c) design the new site and content management process including testing the design with user groups and developing a training package for relevant Parliamentary Service staff.
