Description
The work consists of alterations and restoration of the main heritage classroom building and existing heritage fronted cottage together with construction of two new classroom buildings of brick veneer and timber roof construction. Services include mechanical, electrical, data and hydraulic with some demolition and siteworks. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
