Psychometric Testing for Safety Critical Roles

The Contractor will be required to develop a recommended schedule for Psychometric testing for approximately 36 safety critical high-risk roles and 33 designated roles, as specified in the PTA Standards for use of Psychometric Testing. This is to include:

1. Preparation of Testing recommendations for all identified roles;
2. Development of recommended documentation/forms; and
3. Preparation of compiled Psychometric Testing Register, list of the positions and the tests applicable to each of the roles, specifying at what point of the selection process the tests are administered.
