Description
The appointed contractor is required to construct a canopy addition onto the existing gatehouse structure at the PDD, according to the specifications provided. The work area will be closed for the duration of the contract with traffic to use the exit lane as an entry point also. The appointed contractor is responsible for preparing a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) to be submitted to DBCA prior to works commencing for approval.
There is some damage to the north east corner of the original gate house caused by a bus. The appointed contractor is to repair this to the satisfaction of the superintendent as part of this contract.
