Registration and Accreditation System Design

The Tasmanian Qualifications Authority is planning to replace their current Registered Training Organisation (RTO) registration and course accreditation databases and supporting spreadsheets with an adaptable and cohesive business system which would also support the higher education and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) registration and accreditation activities of the TQA. Tenders are invited from suitably experienced organisations to: a. provide an initial report to the Project Manager exploring the full range of options available to the TQA for development of the above application(s), including the possibility of using all or parts of systems sourced from other jurisdictions. b. contingent on acceptance of the initial report develop detailed software specifications.
