The Department of Education is seeking a consultant or consultancy to support the ongoing implementation of the Refocus Teaching and Learning initiative 2018-2021 (RTL) as part of implementing the 2018 – 2021 Department of Education Strategic Plan, Early Learning Goal and the elements of the Tasmanian Education Act 2016 (the Act), Section 4 (1) (b) and Section 125 (3) (a) (i).
