Description
The Department has developed a range of fully integrated Business Systems to improve service delivery to its customers and ensure efficient utilisation of resources. The effective usage of these systems is critical to achieving and maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
In 2006, the Department offered by public tender, a contract to deliver a training program for these corporate systems for a period of three years. The Department now wishes to continue with a suitable training program for a further two years and invites qualified organisations to respond.
