Description
This request seeks a proposal for the design, documentation, fabrication, and temporary storage of a three (3) bedroom and two (2) bathroom modular/prefabricated dwelling for WA Country Health Service (WACHS). All works required to fulfil the project program and comply with the documentation bound within this request are to be included in the proposal.
The intent is to use an existing design with alterations to meet the functional objectives and critical functional requirements outlined in this Offer.
A separate request will be sought for the transportation and installation of the dwelling on the site at Marble Bar Nursing Post.
