Tenders are invited from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the role of Head Contractor (Design and Construct) for the project at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), Canberra.The project will involve design and construction services for the upgrade and refurbishment works for twelve blocks of the existing LIA.Upgrades to eleven blocks have been previously delivered under a Facility Operations (FACOPS) program of works since 2005.The scope includes upgrades with respect to BCA, MFPE, OH&S and energy performance as well as refurbishments to improve the standard of accommodation.
