Document Search Support and Enhancement

This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the provision of a Managed Services agreement for the Fair Work Commission’s (Commission) full range of internal and external Document Search tools, developed using Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, and relevant integrations.

These services have previously been developed and managed by the Commission internally. This open tender will seek to fulfil the Commission's immediate need for expert advice and just in time support for this product.

We are also seeking a vendor to provide development services to establish Document Search functionality for the merged Registered Organisations Commission document set, which will be a one-off development that is then intended to be covered by the support arrangements. We also seek an option for other mid-size enhancement initiatives.
