Digital Counselling Services and Online Peer Support Services

The Australian Department of Social Services is seeking a supplier (or suppliers) to design and deliver two service packages as part of the Integrated Carer Support Service (ICSS) implementation program.

The services packages are:

1. Component A - Digital Counselling - design and delivery of a phone and digital based counselling program targeting the needs of carers. The Supplier must have the ability to operate and run the counselling program for the duration of the contract.

2. Component B - Online Peer Support - design and delivery of an online peer support forum for Australian carers to help them do the following:

i. connect with people in similar circumstances;

ii. learn from their peers through the sharing of lived experiences; and

iii. aid in decreasing carer strain through the connection and sharing of personal circumstances and experiences.

Tenderers may tender for either Component A or Component B or both.

For Tenderers that propose to tender for only one Component (A or B), Tenderers should include in their tender a statement of how the risks to the Department of having two contracts and two suppliers involved in the delivery of the Services would be mitigated without additional cost to the Department.
