Description
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking tenders from suitable organisations with the capacity and capability to provide ICT Security Services (Services) as outlined in the RFT document.
The scope of the services required by DFAT includes security compliance documentation development, technical vulnerability assessments and operational support. Specifically the services will include:
i. Developing a “System of Systems security architectural view” of ICT systems in DFAT to assist in development of an ICT systems accreditation framework;
ii. Developing security compliance documentation, namely, Security Risk Management Plans (SRMP) and System Security Plans (SSP) using DFAT methodology(s) and templates. DFAT has an integrated SRMP and SSP template;
iii. Performing penetration testing of ICT systems;
iv. Providing experienced ICT Security Analysts for managing operational cyber security activities associated with DFAT’s ICT systems; and
v. Providing software security analysis services.
