Development of Strategic Direction for Get Ready Project

DFES requires the services of a suitably qualified service provider to research community engagement strategies and review DFES current business practices across the Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery spectrum in order to recommend best practice digital solutions that will effectively deliver and communicate relevant emergency preparedness and response information to the community. An analysis of the suitability of the DFES Get Ready Program, as one of the technical solutions, is also required.

The output of the project will be a strategic document, aligned to the DFES strategic direction that identifies opportunities and synergies within DFES and across other emergency service providers that will enhance the successful implementation of a recommended digital solution that encourages behaviour change in our communities across hazard preparedness and response. The strategic document will inform the future direction of the ‘Get Ready’ Project.
