Right Bin Toolkit Monitoring and Evaluation

The Customer is seeking a service provider to develop and implement an independent monitoring and evaluation plan and appropriate evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of specific elements of the Right Bin toolkit, the toolkit as a whole and its take up by local governments. The successful Respondent will work with the Customer’s staff and the contractor engaged to develop the Right Bin toolkit.

The evaluation of the Right Bin toolkit will increase the Waste Authority’s understanding of how communication and engagement affects householders’ waste attitudes and behaviours.
