The Department of Finance (the Department) requires an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by an independent, external organisation with registered psychologists/qualified counsellors.
The EAP provider will be required to provide a comprehensive psychological and counselling service to employees and their immediate family members as required under the Department’s EAP policy.
