Description
This procurement is required to provide an essential element of support for the Access-to-Memory (AtoM) Catalogue, which is used by the public and government organisations to discover and access State archives in the State archives collection managed by the State Records Office WA (SRO). The annual support required through this contact includes maintenance and back-up of the code base (version upgrades and patches) through a work program agreed with the SRO; and break-fix support to ensure outages to services due to code issues do not exceed 48 hours. The current contract for annual support and maintenance services expires on 7 September 2024. The new contract will commence on 8 September 2024 and will be renewable on the anniversary of the commencement date at the discretion of the SRO / DLGSC.
