Description
The work comprises of a single storey portal framed hall adjoining an existing gymnasium and change room. The new building has blockwork walls to 3m and steel cladding above. The floor is concrete slab with sprung timber parquetry sports floor, services include electrical and fire and external works include bulk excavation, retaining walls, fencing and grassing of battered areas. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Builders Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
