Provision of Regular and Short Term Security Officers and Related Services

This procurement seeks to appoint security providers to a Panel under a Head Agreement for the provision of both:

1. Regular, ongoing security service requirements scheduled over extended periods of time, (Regular Security Officer Services); and
2. Ad Hoc, short term security service requirements as may be required by each region from time to time (Ad Hoc Security Officer Services).

WACHS Regions will be able to place Orders or request quotations from the Panel for any Ad Hoc or Regular Security Officer Service requirements that arise during the Term of the Head Agreement.

In addition to establishing the Panel, this procurement will also seek to establish initial Customer Contracts for known requirements for Regular Security Officer Services at a variety of Sites and Locations as described in Part B, Attachment 4 of the Request.

A non-mandatory briefing will be conducted Monday 10 June 2024 at 1.00PM. Attendance is via MS Teams. Access to the electronic briefing is via the link provided in the Request documentation.
