Narbethong State Special School - Inclusive Playground (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Inclusive Playground at Narbethong State Special School, located at 25 Salisbury St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102, as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS).

The scope of works includes the design and construction of a new playground with water play area, sensory path, shade sails, inclusive playground equipment in addition to hard & soft landscaping. The position of the playgound is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by November 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
