Description
The Customer requires a suitably qualified Facility Management Contractor to deliver an integrated building maintenance service for its asset portfolios.
This shall include provision of a Facilities Asset Manager (FAM) stationed at Mineral House, Monday to Friday weekly (excluding Public Holidays), from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Whilst based predominantly at Mineral House the FAM will be required to attend the Customer's facilities at Carlisle on an as required basis during these days.
