Infringement Management Solution

The Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force) operates a heavily customised, on-premise traffic infringement processing system, known as the Image and Infringement Processing System (IIPS). IIPS is integrated with the Department of Transport’s Transport Executive and Licensing Information System (TRELIS) to identify the vehicle and its owner and manage payments; the Department of Justice Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) for enforcement of infringements, as well as being heavily integrated with other WA Police Force systems, such as Incident Management System (IMS), AudiTrak and Prosecutions.

The WA Police Force is seeking to replace the IIPS with a new infringement processing solution which shall be delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), and provide a suite of infringement management capabilities for Western Australian State Government agencies. The solution shall be procured and managed by the WA Police Force with an intention for other agencies to use the solution.
