Supply, Installation and Removal of Nowergup Office Accommodation

The PTA requires a suitable Contractor to supply amenities to accommodate 12 office staff and 10 maintenance staff. The long-term hire period will extend from 1 May 2022 through to 31 January 2027. All buildings supplied must not be older than three years or are fabricated as new.
Amenities the Contractor must provide include:
1.2.1 Building 1: 12m x 9m office complex. Note the building must be equipped with General Purpose Outlet’s and ethernet ports to accommodate desk configuration. In addition to this the Contractor must include connection points for an overhead projector in the meeting room. Refer to Appendix A for draft illustration;
1.2.2 Building 2: 12m x 3m lunchroom to accommodate 22 employees. The lunchroom must include a kitchenette. Refer to Appendix B for draft illustration;
1.2.3 Building 3: One (1) x AS1428.1 compliant disabled accessible ablution toilet; and
1.2.4 Building 4: One (1) x male only toilet block containing one (1) urinal, two (2) toilet cubicles and one (1) wash basin. Note that this configuration is preferred. The PTA will carefully consider all alternate configurations.
