Department of Education - Ellenbrook Secondary College - Design and Technology Mechanical Compliance Upgrades

A non-mandatory site visitwill be held on Friday, 29th May 2020 at 9:30 am.

If tenderers/respondents are interested in attending this non-mandatory site visit, please inform the contact person by 4PM Wednesday 27th May 2020 via email ([email hidden]) and register by providing name, contacts and company name. Registered respondents to meet at the main entrance to the Ellenbrook Secondary College located at 100 Main St, Ellenbrook WA 6069. Visitors to site need to come to Administration off Main Street.

There is limited parking out the front or near the Library. Visitors are not to park at the rear car parks and walk through the School.

Because of current restrictions due to Covid-19 only one (1) attendee is allowed per tenderer and not more than 20 people are allowed to attend this non-mandatory site visit. In case of more than 15 registrations, a second non-mandatory site visit may take place at a later date/time.

Permission to attend the non-mandatory site visit will be granted in order in which the requests arrive. A confirmation email will be send before 4pm Wednesday 27th May 2020.

Please note that only registered respondents who received a confirmation email will be allowed to enter the site and attend the non-mandatory site visit.
