Description
The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) requires the provision of a 'Review' of the department’s proposed Critical Incident Response Support (CIRS) Services framework and practices in relation to managing the long term impact of possible exposure to repeated trauma. .
The successful Respondent will be required to undertake a review of the proposed CIRS framework and practices within DMIRS, develop and recommend improvements to the existing framework, and/or propose ‘new’ framework (whichever is most appropriate) based on industry best practice.
In addition, the successful Respondent will be required to deliver the post Review recommended training and/or customised educational CIRS packages to the relevant DMIRS employees.
