Description
Health Support Services (HSS) is seeking the provision of an integrated and flexible, multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service Learning Management System for the delivery, administration and development of electronic learning and face-to-face training through a single service provider.
The proposed solution must be Software as a Service. The solution must have multi-tenant capability. A single instance of the software application must be capable of serving HSS, DoH and up to six other Health Service Providers. The solution must be scalable for over 60,000 active users.
