Description
We are seeking the services of a suitably qualified traffic engineering consultant to review current traffic patterns and access requirements and provide suitable reports and information to provide to the Alliance proponent to aid in the design of new infrastructure if required.
Design traffic model for Station Traffic and bus access based on design year of 2021 (Day one), including assumptions for timing of future developments.
Review the requirement for road infrastructure works to the existing road networks surrounding the stations i.e. traffic signals, slip lanes, local road upgrades and the like necessary to achieve appropriate vehicle access to the stations on Thornlie Cockburn Line (TCL) (Thornlie, Nicholson Road and Ranford Road Stations)
