Request for Quote (Request) Literature Review to inform the development of Recovery Colleges in Western Australia

The Mental Health Commission (MHC) seeks to engage an external consultant to conduct a desktop literature review on Recovery Colleges. The literature review (the Review) will be used to inform a panel of experts which will be convened to oversee the co-design of a comprehensive model of service for Recovery Colleges in conjunction with the MHC. The Review will cover the design and outcomes of active Recovery Colleges both nationally and internationally and provide a comprehensive statement of best practice design and models of service suitable for implementation within the Western Australian context. An emphasis on co-design will be key to the development of the model of service and literature found to support this approach is of particular value.The Review is to also include a review of the Western Australian Recovery College Business Model and Business Plan that was coordinated by the Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH), noting that the process undertaken for the literature review is to be independent of any previous work done for the WAAMH in relation to Recovery Colleges.
