Description
Stage 1 – Concrete Footpath
• Removal and tipping of existing footpath and grass as specified in Appendix A and as identified on site by DEC Project Manager
• Supply and install new concrete footpath as specified in Appendix A
• Traffic management including signage at all times for pedestrians and cyclists
• Construction site containment and public safety to be ensured at all times and be approved by DEC Project Manager
• Removal of existing problem tree roots and installation of root barrier systems as required and as specified by DEC Project Manager
• Replacement of all broken reticulation and relocation of all reticulation as needed and as specified by DEC Project Manager.
Stage 2 – Paved Footpath
• Supply and install new brick paved footpath from footpath around picnic table and rotunda as specified in Appendix A.
