Superintendent Services for Beckenham Station to DDA Requirements

To provide, as directed by the Principal, Superintendence, Sub Consultant tasks and Contract Administration Services for Beckenham and possible additional DDA train stations upgrade building works.
The Consultant shall provide details in their submitting tender:-
a) Approach and Methodology submission, including key personnel and experience. Include resume of each person to be used on this contract, as per Book 2a and Book 4;
b) An expanded task schedule based on, but not limited to, the following general outline of broad tasks as outlined in Book 4:
• Pre award contract activities/approvals,
• Carry out Contract Administration during construction highlighting key personnel to be used;
• General expected Hold Points,
• Carry out Post Construction completion works
• Carry out Defects Liability Administration through to completion of Contract to Final Certificate.
• Contract close –out
